Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Kitty’s Kitchen Diary Game LLC ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the mobile game Kitty’s Kitchen Diary ("the Game").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to play the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the Game
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
• Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or others

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may include optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through your platform provider (e.g., Google Play). We do not store or process payment data.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or the store’s refund policy.

4. User Content

If the Game allows for content uploads or interaction (e.g., screenshots, feedback), you agree that:

• You own or have rights to share that content
• Your content doesn’t violate any laws or rights
• We may use submitted content for promotional or service purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, audio, characters, and trademarks in the Game are the property of Kitty’s Kitchen Diary Game LLC or licensed from third parties. You may not reuse or distribute any part of the Game without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are legally required to do so
• The Game is being discontinued

You may stop using the Game at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Game will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitty’s Kitchen Diary Game LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 6 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via the Game or our website. Your continued use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts in Seoul, South Korea.
